Orders

We have several warehouses mostly in China, so frequently we’ll be shipping items separately from multiple locations. If one item comes, no panic, everything will arrive!

We do a have a refund policy in place on damaged/missing goods. We don’t provide cancellations if the shipping email has already been sent. Once the item(s) have been shipped we no longer have control of them, hence we would lose the shipping costs plus items.

In the unlikely event that your order hasn’t arrived within 3-5 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we help resolve. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 90 days. Thanks for understanding!

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

CATYOURDAY is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.

CATYOURDAY will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

• The customer refuses to accept the package OR
• No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package

Normally, it may take up to 2-4 hours after you have placed your order to receive our confirmation email. Make sure to also check your spam inbox. Has the payment been processed but you haven’t received a confirmation within two hours? Please contact our customer service via cattoday.info@gmail.com for assistance.

Once an order is placed our team instantly processes your order to ensure the quickest delivery possible. However, we all make mistakes sometimes, that’s only human. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will look into the status of your order right away and if it hasn’t been processed yet, we are usually able to cancel the order for you. If it’s too late to cancel or change your order, please place a new order as soon as possible, since CATYOURDAY’s stock is limited, and return the order you wanted to cancel.

Shipping

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*Processing time: Delivery time does not include processing time. In-stock orders generally ship within 1-2 business days. High demand items as indicated on the listings will typically take 5 business days to process.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email within two hours. Next, we will start to process your order as soon as possible. When the order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered and you can start using your CATYOURDAY item(s).

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or Local Post Services depending on the weight and size of the product. If the ePacket is available in your country, that’s will be the prior shipping method.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
